How to become a member of the association

Only a worthy candidate who meets the high requirements & standards of our organization can become a member of the Association.

To join the Association, you must fulfill the entry requirements, which ensure that the Association maintains a high level of knowledge & professionalism among its members. These requirements provide a clear & objective set of criteria that candidates must meet.

Procedure for Joining & Competitive Selection in the Association:

    Application Submission
    The candidate fills out & submits a detailed biography-application, indicating their field of creative activity & describing their achievements & projects.

    Portfolio Submission
    The application must include a portfolio with examples of work (photos, videos, texts, etc.) that demonstrate the candidate's level of professionalism & creative potential.
  • 3
    Application Review
    A special committee composed of association members reviews the application & portfolio. The review process takes up to 14 days.
  • 4
    Interview
    If the application is positively reviewed, the candidate is scheduled for an interview, which may be conducted via online conference. During the interview, the committee will ask questions about the candidate's motivation & goals for joining the Association.

    Entrance Fee
    If the decision is positive, the candidate pays the entrance fee & becomes a full member of the Association.

Requirements:
  • Professional Achievements & Contributions
    Candidates should provide evidence of their professional achievements & contributions to the IT industry, such as published research, awards, or significant project contributions.
  • Relevant Education
    Candidates may need to demonstrate their involvement in the IT industry by providing relevant educational credentials, certificates, or international certifications. In some cases, equivalent work experience may be accepted in place of educational diplomas/certificates.
  • Professional Experience in IT
    A minimum of two years of professional experience in the IT industry is required, including roles such as software developer, designer, data analyst, or IT project manager.

After completing all the selection stages, the candidate is added to the Association's website & issued a certificate confirming their membership.
The member receives a commemorative T-shirt with the association's logo.
